Since 1994, I have been representing individuals and businesses, large and small, in courts throughout the State of Texas and especially in my home metropolis of Houston. I spent 15 years as a trial court litigator before devoting myself to appellate practice in 2010. Since then, I have had the honor of allying with skilled trial counsel and representing my clients in halls of justice throughout the State. I have argued cases before multiple appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, on topics ranging from healthcare and personal injury to employment law and civil rights.

I may not be able to bend steel with my bare hands or leap over tall buildings, but I do what I do well. The client comes first, and that means listening–to the short term goals, the long term aspirations, and the immediate concerns. From there, I plan a strategy that gives fair consideration to all three. Representing a client is a sacred trust. I may not be a superhero, but I’ll always fight like one.
